Just a few days ago, my website helper got us back online and operating at peak level again. That said there is still a lot of repopulating and updating to be done. As the current site has been developed from a rather older backup. So I will have to do a bit of work to make it better looking and truly up to date. So please bear with us for the next feel weeks. We are up and running which is the important part.
Things to consider for the future. Shipping, which will be updated as Europe/EU has passed some very strong packaging rules that may include holding shipments and fines. While we navigate this, if you are in Europe please be patient, and as always contact us prior to your order, and we will work out the shipping if the site fails to arrange it. Which our software will sometimes do.
Additionally, USPS and UPS have been raising rates over the last 6-10 months as well. This will be reflected in the software. And if you require one serves over the other just contact us first and we will help.
Finally, the true changes on pricing now reflected here are now matching the increases we are seeing in materials. I had purposely kept things as low as I could for a year or better. But we are still very inexpensive compared to almost all other vendors. I like the little guy to have a change at our products were possible. This has been a long time goal for us. Also we have started issuing Stock Numbers. When you have several coins from the same ruler it was getting confusing to make sure we had the right ones.
As we write this please be aware there are some items still out of stock, I just need to correct that, so feel free to send us a note about your order or inquires just to make sure we have them.
Thank you for your interest in our work, and we hope to continue to serve our many customers better and with more creative things yet to come. Stay tuned.
