If in the course of preparing for your event and it includes coins from our shop, please consider timelines. Always feel free to contact us with questions in advance of your events. We politely request that you give us reasonable and if possible far reaching and advanced notice of when your items need to be delivered. We would not like to disappoint anyone with a delay in delivery. If it is a simple order of something like 100 pieces or less, our turn around can routinely fill it in as little as 3-7 days. Occasionally more if we are swamped. On the other hand if you choose hundreds or thousands, and expect delivery in one week, that will not happen most likely. Reach out to us, as we will always get you an answer, as there are NO silly or stupid questions for us. We will respond quickly Thank you

Latest news, since it has been a while. Some months back our site was attacked and rendered unable to add new products or make positive changes. That said an older version of the site is still running, and you can continue to make orders there. Always best to contact us via email on the site to get any answers to questions you may have. Currently we are working on an updated version of the website off line, and when finished we will publish it. In other news we will be expanding some of our operations and sales to the UK with a friend there. Despite the times, we look to continuing to serve our customers and patrons with the best pricing and best products we can offer. Prices will be updated by October, so if you have been sitting on an order and just thinking about it, now is a good time to save a little. We DO NOT expect to raise pricing very much or at all in most cases. Though some must go up because of rising metal prices. Some of the specials got deleted, like the “Ready Pouches”, they will be back up again shortly. New types from multiple eras are just around the corner as we continue to expand what we offer. For the SCA we will still be making MOD, Pelican, Laurel, Knight, and Order of the Mark celebration/vigil tokens. For the historical reenactor and living history folks, we will always strive to create more of what you want. And don’t forget about our Sponsorship Program. Don’t see what you want, lets talk about it, as it could be a win for both of us. Meanwhile we are still taking commissions for personal tokens. Only we are adjusting our calendar with a more up to date delivery timeline. Things have gotten pretty serious this year, with a 6k order for one single even in October, and many others. Almost May

We are off to a good start this year. With May just around the corner, we want to promote something new we have set up for the first time. We have initiated a Venetian Prestiti (Bond), which for us becomes in the modern world a Membership-subscription. Totally voluntary, for those that want to support Alpha Officium’s endeavors to expand and create new things. There are a lot of perks to be had, and we encourage you to explore more about it. Happy New Year!

We are still here. The last part of 2022 was a little rough. We had a run of Covid that came into the house. Had to deal with an elderly member of the family that needed placement. And the weather on our side of the Valley has been very wet. Then there is the farm.

Still, business was up an astounding 56% over 2021. We also added a new artist to the shop. And a number of new pieces to our work. Orders from around the world have picked up for us. Domestic sales have soared. And we of course do a run of auctions on Facebook.

We look forward to a productive new year. And as always feel free to contact us with ideas or needs.

Due to the fact that there is a lot of labor involved in setting up dies for a series of single strikes of multiple types, we will be adding a surcharge if you order more than 12 individual types-a “one of each” order. If you order 13 to 24 single strikes of multiple types $10 will be added to the order. 25-35 $15, 36-49 $20, 50-69 $25, 70-89 $30, 90 to 99 $40. If you order more than 100 $50.
